The client is not so important, upload speed depends on multiple factors, not only ur ISP upload speed.

For example if u connect with FTPS/FTPES/FTP u will get a better upload speed, otherwise if u upload with SCP/SFTP THE CLIENT will use

I use Filezilla for client and server. Its easy to use and configure, great options when u have a proxy and they always keep the software update, fixing bugs and improving features

I use both FileZilla and WinSCP, but I prefer WinSCP over FileZilla as it seems to upload/download content fast (no sure if that's just me).

Filezilla has always been my fallback if I ever have issues but I normally use one called Transmit. Allows for saving lists of accounts and doing local disk mounting which is nice if you can get into that sort of work flow.

Filezilla is the best easy to use, update and sending and getting files. It include stop, pause and resume also.

For me if I am using an ftp program it is for the transferring of programs from a questionable location (warez) but if i am developing a web application then I use the built-in ftp part of the Jetbrains development programs.

File Zilla, it's the best for the price, lol because it's free. Overall a great FTP program.

Agreed, I like how if I edit a file though Filzilla and save it it will see this and ask if I want to update the file on the server :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />  I've tryed other FTP's but this is my number one I go to
